Justin Dagna, CPA

Justin was born and raised in sunny California's central coast.  He attended Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo where he was working toward degrees in Biochemistry and Computer Sciences. During that time he also began his first business, Technicraft, providing back office support for small businesses from San Luis Obispo to Los Angeles, providing web design, marketing services, and later publishing.  When his clients began asking him for bookkeeping services he realized that his expertise with numbers, budgets and business practices was something he was not only very good at, but also enjoyed a lot, he made the decision to change directions.

Justin and Sally married in 2000 and relocated to the Seattle area the following year.  He continued providing extensive back office support for other businesses, and property management while exploring the options available in the accounting world.  In early 2005 he and Sally purchased their home in the Mill Creek area and Justin went on to complete his degree in Business Accounting and become a Certified Public Accountant.  At that point Technicraft Business Services was ended and the CPA firm known today as Full Potential Accounting launched.

Today, his clients come to him from around the country as well as locally, and he has become the "go to" person when challenging tax questions arise.  In fact, there is nothing he enjoys more than digging into the IRS regulations and past legal precedents set by the courts needed  to find exactly the answer that will address that challenging tax question.  Where many enjoy crossword puzzles, Justin enjoys "the hunt" that will resolve a crucial issue for his client with the most positive outcome.

Shoshawana Blackie, Administrative Assistant

I was born in Oregon, but spent most of my life in Arizona, where I met my wife in 1999.  Our adventures moved us from Arizona to Maine.  In Maine I worked for one of the top cell phone providers, supervising customer care representatives.  Maine was very cold with long winters, but it gave us the greatest opportunity, the adoption of our son.  After 10 years we moved back to Arizona to thaw out and be closer to family.  There I found my passion for administrative work.  8 long hot years in the desert, we decided we needed a little more greenery in our lives and we chose Washington, where I was fortunate enough to find a great job with Full Potential Accounting.

Sally Dagna, Marketing Director

I was born and raised in beautiful warm sunny east Texas, aka Aggieland. Over time I have attended the University of Houston, Canal Zone College, Santa Monica City College, and the University of Arizona where I earned my BFA in film production. Besides independent filmmaking, I have had the great privilege to work and volunteer with several law enforcement agencies over the years, and was asked by the Mill Creek Police Chief to form a non-profit charitable foundation in 2017. Helping that effort is an ongoing pleasure.

As the Marketing Director for Full Potential Accounting I have the great pleasure of getting to meet many people around the community, and get to develop relationships with many of the local business owners and others around the community.  One of the things I hear about so many of our clients is that when they call we know who they are!  They are all cared about and respected, and they know it. I am such a people person, and really do love my job!
